We operate the website funnel-digital.com (the “Site”), a performance-based affiliate publishing platform that creates content, runs paid advertising campaigns, and promotes products and services on behalf of third-party brands and affiliate networks.

When this policy refers to “we,” “us,” or “our,” it means FunnelDigital. “You” refers to any visitor or user of our Site.

Essential / functional cookies

5.1 Affiliate networks & partner platforms

Affiliate networks and advertisers we work with (including but not limited to platforms such as Accesstrade, Ecomobi, Commission Junction, Impact, Awin, and ShareASale) may use cookies or pixel tracking to attribute sales and commissions. 5.2 Google services

5.3 WordPress & hosting

Our website is built on WordPress and hosted by AZDIGI hosting provider. Standard server logs (including IP addresses and access timestamps) may be retained by our hosting provider in accordance with their own data retention policies.

5.4 No data sharing for commercial purposes

We do not share your personal information (such as contact form submissions) with third parties for their own commercial or marketing purposes, except where required by law or with your explicit consent.

Data retention

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy:

• Contact form submissions — Retained for up to 24 months from the date of submission, or until the relevant business inquiry is resolved.
• Analytics data — Google Analytics data is retained for 14 months as per our GA4 configuration. Aggregated, anonymized reports may be retained indefinitely.
• Server logs — Typically retained for 30–90 days by our hosting provider for security purposes.

After the applicable retention period, personal data is securely deleted or anonymized.
